稠油蒸汽吞吐高效降温技术研究

摘要: 为满足海上某井稠油蒸汽吞吐生产开采工艺要求,将开采出的稠油(110℃ ~200℃),经降温后温度 满足安全生产需求(50℃ ~60℃)。考虑到降温效果和海上平台安装条件,选择降温方式为冷却水和稠油混输再经 套管式换热器的双重降温的方式,降温装置由三通管和可拆卸式套管换热器组成。利用Fluent软件对降温装置进 行多组耦合传热数值模拟,确定了降温装置的最优结构参数。并且在降温装置的最优结构上配套整个自动控制系 统完成对稠油产出液的精准温控,实现了海上稠油开采节能降耗、智能高效的生产理念。

Abstract:

In order to meet the technological requirements of steam huff and puff production and exploitation of heavy oil in an offshore well, the heavy oil to be mined ( 110℃ ~ 200℃ )will be cooled to meet the safety production demand ( 50℃~ 60℃ ) . Considering the cooling effect and the installation conditions of the offshore platform, the cooling method is selected as the double cooling method of cooling water and heavy oil mixed transport through the casing heat exchanger. The cooling device is composed of a tee tube and a removable casing heat exchanger. In addition, Fluent software was used to conduct multi-group coupled heat transfer numerical simulation for the cooling device, and the optimal structural parameters of the cooling device were determined. In addition, the whole automatic control system is equipped with the optimal structure of the cooling device to complete the accurate temperature control of the liquid produced by heavy oil, realizing the production concept of energy saving, consumption reduction, intelligence and high efficiency of offshore heavy oil exploitation.
